  1. How much does it cost to order a transcript?
  2. The total cost of a transcript varies and is determined by several factors:

    Fee the school charges for the transcript itself
    Surcharge for expediting transcript delivery (e.g., electronic delivery, overnight delivery, rush processing, etc.)
    Quantity of transcripts ordered

    In addition, there may be a small processing fee charged for each recipient in your order. The total price will be presented before you checkout and finalize the transaction.

  3. How do I access my electronic diplomas / transcript? 
  4. Open the email you received from Tomlist Digi with the subject line “Please find the link to download” and click the link, or use your mobile device to scan the barcode.

  5. The link to download the electronic transcript was not received. What should I do?
    Enter your track number, found in your confirmation email, and email address.

  6. What web browsers do you support?
    You must use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on a desktop or laptop computer to access the Download Center. For other services, a list of the supported browsers is available on our help page!

  7. My electronic transcript opens as a blank page, what do I do?
    First, save your electronic PDF transcript to your computer’s hard drive. Then, open it. Make sure you download the transcript and then open it separately.
    For Windows:
    Unless you chose a different location, the transcript file will be saved to the default location: “C:UsersXXX(UserName)Downloads.” First, click the start button. Then, Go to the file, then open, and then locate the transcript in the Downloads folder (or the location where you saved the transcript) and open it.
    For Macs:
    Your transcript file should be saved to your Downloads folder. First. Go to the file in the top left corner of the screen. Select open, locate the transcript in the Downloads folder, and open it.

  8. I’m having problems using my mobile device to order a transcript. What should I do?
    If you encounter any issues or errors ordering a transcript from a mobile device (such as Android or Apple), we recommend you use a laptop or desktop computer to place your order.

  9. How do I open an electronic transcript that has been sent to me?
  10. Open the email you received from the Tomlist Digi with the subject line “Transcript Link” and click the link to go to the Download Center. If you are prompted to enter your email address and an Access Code

  11. I am unable to download my PDF transcript from the Download Center. What should I do?

  13. How does holiday scheduling affect my transcript order?
  14. On a holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Your school may have posted further information, which you will see when you begin the ordering process. Processing, delivery options, and delivery time vary by school.

  15. How long can I access an electronic transcript?
    If no document control options are applied by the issuing institution, a local copy of the transcript can be saved indefinitely.

  16. Why can’t I print the electronic transcript?
    The institution that provided the transcript has probably disabled the print option. If you look under the Security Settings, you can find out if printing is permitted as well as the expiration date, and more.

  17. Track Transcript Order Status - Transcript Ordering?
    You can track your order from the Transcript Order Status application.

  18. Why won’t my electronic transcript upload to an online application?
    The electronic PDF transcript is meant to act as an official transcript when sent directly to the intended recipient. With this in mind, the schools may include security settings on the file. Security settings, which vary from school to school, may keep the file from uploading to an online application. Security settings cannot be removed or edited.
